Overview
The Reports > Payroll > Excess Hours Report is a list of employees who have worked excessive hours within a timesheet period.
Each timesheet will be listed on a separate line in the report, identified by employee, pay run, and date.
You can configure the threshold for ‘excess hours’ using the Report Settings > Excess weekly hours filter.
By default, the report will show data for the most recent week up to today’s date.
On-screen Columns
The on-screen view of the Excess Hours Report contains the following data:
- Payrun
- Employee
- Date
- Branch
- Customer
- Workplace
- Weekly Units
Export Options
You can export the Excess Hours Report in .pdf format or as a .csv that contains the following columns:
- Branch
- Customer ID
- Customer
- Workplace
- Job Number
- Payrun
- Payrun Date
- Payrun Status
- Date
- Employee ID
- Employee
- Weekly Units
