Recoverable Deductions Report

Overview

The Reports > Payroll > Recoverable Deductions report is a list of the total recoverable deduction amounts incurred by each employee in an entity. The default view of the report will show all open recoverable deductions (ie deductions which have not been recovered or written off).

You can view a breakdown of the recoverable deductions associated with an employee by clicking the + icon to expand the employee details in the report. You are also able to write off a recoverable deduction directly from this report.

On-Screen Columns

The on-screen report will include the following data:

• Employee
• Pay Currency
• Recoverable Deductions
• Action

Expanding an employee record in the report will display the Date, Debit, Credit and Notes for each individual recoverable deduction for that employee.

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view in both .pdf and .csv formats. There is no export option to view the breakdown of individual recoverable deductions per employee.
