Invoice Body Components: Overview

Overview

You can change the details that are included in the body of an invoice by creating templates which use Components. The layout of the description section within the invoice will be different, depending on which component you choose to use. 

The Components available in Astute include:

• Default Component
• Default Component (Tax Amount)
• Employee with Order Number
• Employee with Purchase Order
• Employee with Purchase Order and Job Title
• Employee with Purchase Order Subtotaled by Job Title
• Pay Item
• Pay Item Subtotaled by Job Title
• Pay Item with Subtotal
• Aggregate by Charge Item
