Pay Item with Subtotal

The main difference between this component and Pay Item is that this component includes a subtotal line at the bottom of the table. If this component is used in the body of an invoice template, the subtotal line appears above the standard invoice subtotal details.

The table that makes up the component shows the following:

Item Sub-Total (ex GST)	Shows the type of charge item (eg Base Hourly, OTx1.5)
Qty	Shows the total number of units charged for the item type
Unit	Shows the type of unit associated with the charge item type (eg HOUR)
Ave Rate	Shows the average dollar value of one unit of the charge item type. This is found by adding together all instances of that type of charge item in the invoice, then dividing by the number of instances.
Amount	Shows the total amount charged for the charge item type. This is found by adding together the subtotal of each charge item.
