Payroll Report

Payroll Report

The Reports > Payroll > Payroll Report displays the payroll activity within a specified date range, both as a summary and by individual employee.

The report will display data for the last full calendar month and the current month up to today’s date as a default view.

You can view payment totals for each employee by clicking the + icon and view each individual payment by clicking ‘View detailed pay information’ from the expanded view.

On-Screen Columns

The Report Summary in the Payroll Report will include the following data:

• Period
• Employees
• # of Payments
• Total Payments
• Gross Wages
• Allowances (Taxable)
• Allowances (Non-Taxable)
• Pre-tax Deductions
• Post-tax Deductions
• Taxable Wages
• Withholding Tax
• Supplier GST
• Recoverable Deductions (Created)
• Recoverable Deductions (Recovered)
• Net Wages
• Expenses
• Net Payments
• Superannuation

The main report will include the following columns:

• Employee
• Payments
• Pay Currency
• Taxable Wages
• Tax

• Net Payments
• Super

Export Options

You can export the on-screen view of the Payroll Report in .pdf format. There are three .csv export options:

• Export Payroll Summary includes the same data that appears in the Report Summary, but on an individual employee basis
• Export Payroll Details contains the following columns:
