Project Costing Report

Overview

The Reports > Payroll > Project Costing report lists your timesheet and expense costs by project code. This report is only available if the Project Management module has been enabled in your portal.

By default, the report will show all timesheets ready to be paid.

On-Screen Columns

The on-screen view of the Project Costing report will include the following data:

• Date
• Employee
• Project Code
• Work
• Rate
• Allowance
• Car Allowance
• Expenses
• Total

Export Options

You can export the Project Costing report in .csv format. The exported file contains the following data:

• Employee
• Job PAM ID
• Timesheet ID
• State
• Project Code
• Day
• Date
• Total Hours
• Charge Rate
• Allowance Quantity
• Allowance Total
• KMs Qty
• Travel Allowance
• Expenses
• Total Costs
• Timesheet Comments
• Expense Comments
• Expense Category
• Payment Authorised Date
