Overview
The Reports > Payroll > Unpaid Timesheet Process report is a list of all outstanding timesheets that do not require processing through payroll.
This report includes:
- Did Not Work timesheets, where an employee or administrator has submitted the timesheet with zero hours entered or the ‘I did not work during this period’ checkbox ticked.
- Variable timesheets that have been finalised for employees who are linked to a Master Timesheet.
You can mark Did Not Work timesheets and reporting timesheets as Processed from within the Unpaid Timesheet Processing Report.
On-Screen Columns
The Unpaid Timesheets Processing report will display the following data on-screen:
- Timesheet
- Employee
- Workplace
- Unit
- Marked As
Export Options
You can export a .csv file containing the following data:
- Timesheet
- Employee
- Workplace
- Unit
- Marked As
